How long does the design and installation process take?
Typically, the design process takes about 1 week, depending on the scale of the project. Installation is completed within 3-5 days once the materials are ready.
Can I customize the design of the pergola?
Absolutely! We don't sell standardized pergola that might not suit your space or preference, we offer a range of materials, colors, and accessories to create a pergola that matches yoru style and functional needs.
What's the warranty on your pergola systems?
For the pergola structure we provide 10-year warranty, we have premium coating on the aluminum body to ensure it can withstand the tropical weather in Singapore. However, there are other components inside the system that come with different warranty, contact us for more details.
Will there be any rain leaking from the pergola?
No, our system has been carefully designed for weather in Singapore and water leaking is not possible.
Can I build an air-conditioned room with your pergola system?
